Packaging:
Our chocolates come packaged in clear cello bags unless specified. If they are boxed it is usually in clear boxes, but this could change depending on availability. All specialty boxes are as per picture.
We do occasionally get specialty printed bags and these will be added to the range along with pictures at a later date.
Special gifts can be done with different coloured ribbons and bows to look nice just ask when placing your order.
We are very flexible and most times arrangements can be made for your special needs.
Payment Options:
This the prefered method of payment for the online store but we can also do direct deposit, ebay store, money order and cash payments for personal pick up only.
For orders other than Paypal please contact me with your enquiry. We aim to please and are willing to help in any way we can.
Shipping:
We can ship to all areas of Australia that are covered by Australia Post, but at the moment we are not shipping to other countries.
Australia Post is our prefered method for postage and all orders are shipped by Express Post which allows for most deliveries to arrive within 1 - 3 days.
Please allow 5 business days after payment has been recieved to allow for making, packing and shipping.
We do have some items on stand by so if you have an urgent order please let us know and we will try our best to help make it happen.
Please remember that we are dealing in chocolate and it doesn't travel well in extreme temperatures. We do our best to make sure your items arrive in one piece and a good condition but we cannot guarantee that accidents wont happen. Any problems please let us know. We are easy to talk to.
